Michael Wayne Golden, aka, Jack Bauer the Radio Rebel, the host of The American Reconstruction Project radio broadcast on Republic Broadcasting Network and TalkShoe.com passed away the morning of April 11, 2013. Mikes passing was first confirmed by John Stadtmiller of RBN and their board operator then by Amber who called the Fresno County Coroner’s Office and by Mike’s daughter, Shannon Golden, and by Brian Radman who found Mike around 7:45am PST.

Brian stated that Mike was well that night and he and Mike went to fix a computer and then went back to Mike’s house.  Once there they ate dinner of lamb chops and shrimp.  Brian says Mike got tired early that night and fell asleep in his chair.  Brian heard Mike  use the bathroom at approximately 2 am and thought nothing of it.  In the morning,  7:45 am pst., Brian said he found Mike had passed away in his sleep.

04/11/13| Mike’s Friend Brian said “I was with him last night and he was fine but this morning I woke up at 7:45am and he was in his chair dead; no response from him whatsoever. I was scared and I called 911″

Mike and his reasons to live

Mike often said his whole reason to live was for his children and they were also the reason for doing his weekly show, The American Reconstruction Project, reaching nearly 2 million people a month.   

Many people are proud to call Mike Friend and Brother.  Mike was greatly and widely loved all over the world and will be greatly missed, but his legacy will live on forever.

Rest in Peace my Brother, my friend.  You are missed.

We’ll see you when we get there.

Can the fraud be perpetrated without the active participation of the Court/Judges/Clerks and the ignorant Sheriffs? NO! The Courts are there to protect the People. The fact that they “dismiss” one of our claims indicates that they have the ability and will use it so why are they niot looking at the fraud on its face and dismissing the fraud-closures against the people they are obligated to protect????? We the people must step up and manage our servants!!!!!  When they do treasonous acts then they must be arrested, charged and held accountable…. going after only the weak links will just allow the spawning of more of the same but more devious and harder to convict mills!!!!! When one fights fires one will extinguish the fire with the least effort by removing the “heart” of the fire- focused water/chemical right at the base (the intake supply of oxygen) will extinguish the fire as a whole and all the collateral damage (fuel/people/money/power/control et al) otherwise a lot of water and energy is used to just “keep it manageable” so that the moment the pressure is let up it will spawn another fire where ever it can find fuel and oxygen!!!! Why is everyone so fuking scared to step up and hold accountable the public servants?? The attorneys are attorneys/thieves and thieves do what they do and will always spring up when there is fertile soil… but when your weed killer (Courts) no longer works but rather feeds and protects the very weeds it is created to eliminate then it is time to remove it and replace it with weed killer that works!!!!!! If we do not do this now then they will continue to strengthen and allow a few wins here and there to “pacify” the ardent ones willing to sacrifice their happiness for years on the hopes of making a difference when in fact it is a joke, controlled and manipulated by the puppet masters which will continue un-abated slaughtering the sheeple we are chosen to protect.

So the only real question here is – are these evils still tolerable? if so then “have a nice day” I’m going elsewhere where people value the sanctity of life by insuring that evil does not prosper.
We/You the people have the power!!!! Why do we/you choose to appoint others to use it without compassion to the detrament of the individual and as a result the whole of humanity?
Why do we/you “plead” to our servants? have we lost all factions of sense ability? We chase down an innocent spider and squish it with intense righteousness and with hero like “ta da”s as if we have done a great thing to protect those that just don;t like the way they look as if it were a life threatening monster, but allow our children to be molested, kidnapped, raped and enslaved by real monsters dresses in suits and robes and with reverence to their appearance avoid using the whip that is in our/you very hands…. it boggles the mind it injures the spirit…. ” a coward dies a thousand deaths” Because he will stand by and allow, create or promote (by doing nothing) the evil that is amongst us. AIDS does not kill it tells the antibody system that everything is just fine or “tolerable” and to not go after dis-eases…. as a result people die from other diseases which the body used to distroy instantly without fear.
“How many roads must a man walk down, before..” he steps up and becomes a man? How may peoples lives must be distroyed before we/you step up and say “NO” to the source? … Chopping limbs off the tree will only cause two more to sprout… but cut the roots and the whole tree dies!!!
Every fraud-closure “case” is evidence of the CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR of the very ones designated to protect us/US…. it is irrefutable evidence and now is the time to use what little “Law” is left to bring Justice back for the people and recompense the injured, allow the society to heal and become happy (and happy people are productive people) again!
How can we stand by and allow our families, neighbors, friends, fellow countrymen to be raped on a daily basis and not pull the leash in our very hands that is around the very necks of the rapists?? Time to yank the chains of the “perps”… all of them!!

Affidavit Your Robo-Signers

Wanted to share this experience with everyone:

Colin recently contacted the Massechusetts Registry of Deeds.  By doing so he was able to verify THREE suspected Robo-Signers in his case!!!! 

Colin called and gave them the names of the suspected Robo-Signers, then the Registry of Deeds was able to compare those names against their list.  The Massechusetts Registry of Deeds is now sending him an Affidavit verifying these crooks are in fact Robo-Signers!!!!!  

That means these Affidavits will be Self-Authenticating Documents, signed and sealed by a “Public Official”!!!

This is a Personal Experience and is Very Simple!!!  More people should use this to expose Robo-Signers in their case too!!!
